We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks drawn on a US bank in US dollars.
Payments by Money Order and Personal Check should be received by us within 10 business days. Please notify us at info@ppetersonbookseller.com if you expect payment to take longer than that, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the item for sale.
Shipping
We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Some items may take a little longer, but all items are shipped within 2 business days.
Cleared payment information: Credit cards are considered cleared when we receive approval from the credit card company (typical within minutes). PayPal is cleared when PayPal notifies us that your payment has cleared (typical within minutes for direct PayPal and PayPal using credit card and usually 4 to 5 business days for e-check via PayPal). Money Orders are cleared once we receive them in the mail. Personal checks are cleared once they clear our bank which may take up to 10 business days.
RefundsAll of our books are covered by our 100% guarantee. If the book is not as represented, please let us know within 48 hours. Once we are notified, we will contact you with the applicable return procedure. Items need to be returned within 14 days and we will refund your money.
